A New Critic Approach to the Irony in The Bluest Eye

As the first African American female Nobel laureate for literature, Toni Morrison is one of the most outstanding black writers in contemporary American literature. Her first novel The Bluest Eye, vividly depicts the physical and mental trauma of black people from slavery and the internalization of the white values with the loss of their own identity. The New Criticism advocates the application of tension, irony and paradox in works to generate a resonant effect. This essay intends to explore the strategy of irony used in The Bluest Eye by adopting the New Critic approach. It digs out the various manifestations of irony and investigates its contributions to highlighting the theme and its contextual significance.

Referential significance of sulfur isotopes and separation of S species in black shales of Southwest China

The states of S species in black shales are very complex, such as organic sulfur, pyrite sulfur and sulphate sulfur. The mineral microtexture, sulfur content and sulfur isotope can indicate the formation conditions and diagenetic processes of the black shales. The S species are separated perfectly and the relation between the content, mineral microtexture and sulfur isotope composition of the sulfur mineral is assessed. These complementary approaches provide people a new insight into the formation conditions of the black shales and redox conditions of Precambrian and Cambrian in Southwest China.

从零曲面方程出发得出，匀加速直线运动的动态黑洞时空存在２个事件视界－黑洞视界和它的Ｒｉｎｄｌｅｒ视界。发现２个视界相接触时，接触点处的Ｈｗａｋｉｎｇ温度都降为零。而在黑洞视界的另一相反极点处的Ｈａｗｋｉｎｇ温度将迅速升高，并形成高温喷流。

带电黑洞在 Dirac 场扰动下的似正规模频率

利用三阶WKB近似方法计算了带电黑洞视界周围“dyadosphere”区域的无质量Di-rac场扰动的似正规模频率.从获得的数值结果分析可知,在“dyadosphere”区域里由于引力与非线性电场力的耦合作用,黑洞时空的Dirac微扰场衰减的速度加快.     

变加速带电黑洞热效应的讨论

给出了变加速直线运动带电黑洞的ＨＭ效应和事件视界以及相应的温度．发现带电黑洞的Ｈａｗｋｉｎｇ温度不仅依赖于时间，而且依赖于极角．利用Ｙｏｒｋ的方法讨论事件视界和Ｋｌｅｉｎ－Ｇｏｒｄｏｎ方程，结果得到进一步约化，物理意义也更为明显．     

土壤中磷素转化的双库模型

采用双库模型研究了土壤中有效磷素转化的动力学特征．结果表明：由于磷素在非有效磷态滞留的时间长，因此对于外源磷来说其转化主要表现为磷素的固定，其固定过程符合指数关系．在土娄土上，钙积层和粘化层对有效磷的固定速度较快，这与石灰性土壤中磷固定的主要因素是碳酸钙含量，其次为粘粒含量的认识一致．     

亚波长微纳光学的前沿研究(一)

材料与结构在微纳米尺度展现了许多不同于宏观尺度的新特征,微纳加工技术已经成为当前科学研究与工业开发的热门领域之一。笔者简要介绍了负折射材料和黑硅这两种微纳光学材料的制备及其特性,展示了微纳光学材料在新技术中的广阔前景和科技创新中的重要作用。
